Important Documents

Here is a list of documents that you should have ready for our appointment.

Having these readily available will save time. 

Not all information below may be required – depending on loan type.

1. Residence addresses/landlord phone numbers for previous 2 years

2. Names and addresses of all employers for previous 2 years

3. Last months worth of pay stubs

4. Last 2 years of tax returns and W-2’s

5. All pages of 2 months of most recent bank statements on all financial accounts

6. Addresses of all real estate owned.  Include mortgage company and account number

7. Full copy of Divorce Decree and/or Bankruptcy papers, if applicable

8. Social Security, retirement pension, 401K letters, if applicable

9. Hazard insurance documents
